A 16th century palace in the medieval village of Peñaranda de Duero, in the province of Burgos, Spain. Also known as the Palace of the Counts of Miranda.

The courtyard was used for encounters with

Sidriss in
Series 7.

Hordriss revealed the same staircase to
Team 7, as a way
down to
Level 3.

The palace also made a single appearance as the end of Level 1.
Fidjit unlocked the gate for Alex, allowing him to board
Smirkenorff.
Palacio de Avellaneda is currently being converted into a luxury spa hotel which aims to open in summer 2025.
